Update invoice email address

Print article

When changing company name you might want to update your invoice email to match. Contact Rillion support to get a new email assigned to your organisation. When you have the new email, follow these steps to start using it.

Forwarding via internal invoice email

If incoming invoices are first sent to an internal invoice email (e.g. invoice@mycompany.com) and then to your Rillion email:

  1. Update your forwarding rules to use the new invoice email
  2. Contact your IT department if you need help updating your forwarding settings
  3. Suppliers still send directly to the internal email address.

Suppliers send invoices directly to your Rillion invoice email

If your suppliers send emails directly to your earlier Rillion email:

  1. Notify your suppliers of the change
  2. Ask them to update to the new email in their registries.
